Welcome to Lux Signs! We are excited to offer you our unique and high-quality products. Please read these terms of service carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Lux Signs. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time for any reason.

  2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

  3. Production Time: Our laser cut house signs are made to order and typically take 5-7 business days to produce. Shipping time will vary based on your location, typically within 1-3 business days.

  4. Shipping: We offer low shipping costs to customers within the United Kingdom. International shipping is currently not available. Lux Signs is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

  5. Returns and Exchanges: We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss this further. If returned, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued on case by case basis, once we receive the returned item. 

  6. Copyright and Trademarks: All designs, trademarks, and content on Lux Sign's website and products are the property of Lux Signs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of our products without our written consent.

  7. Liability: Lux Signs shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Install at your own risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product.

  8. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
